What Information We Provide On The Website

Under the '"Find Your Classmate" area we simply provide a member's surname, christian name and class year (year of leaving). This information is obtained from the Presentation College Bray's Past Pupil Union database of subscribed members. As a subscribed member if you do not wish to have this information appear as described, please contact the Union and your details will be removed.
Any information provided is not and will not be used for third party marketing purposes.
A general exception to this rule is where the disclosure is required by Law.
Right of Access
Contact information, provided by a member to us, may be held on file for future contact. Under section 4 of the Data Protection Acts 1988 & 2003 you have the right to be given a copy of your personal data held by us, if any.
If you wish to obtain a copy of any personal data, you should submit a request, to us, in writing or by email to the relevant address as stated above. The request should be accompanied by relevant photographic identification, namely a copy of your passport or driving licence. As required by law we will reply to you within 40 calendar days. There is no charge for this access.
