I wish to notify you that our planned Centenary Mass celebration scheduled for Sunday September 5th has been postponed until further notice.
In consultation with our local parish centre, we made this decision firstly with the health and safety of all community members in mind. Secondly, we are only too aware of the time pressures currently being experienced by our local clergy, as they attend to the numerous sacrament ceremonies soon to fall due.
We hope for a more suitable time to emerge in the spring of 2022, where we can celebrate our proud landmark more freely and with a greater number of invitees present.
We will celebrate our Centenary Day with our students and staff alike on Monday September 6th. More details will follow here in due course.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that you can understand why we decided on postponement, operating as we are in these still uncertain times. Here’s hoping for an even bigger celebration next Spring!!
